The Scholars at ALIM

Ever since the inception of ALIM, our scholars have been the core of every program held. With their vast knowledge, and upright character, each scholar has left a long lasting impression on each and every student who has gone through any program organized by ALIM .

The ALIM "core" scholars (Dr. Ali Sulaiman Ali, Dr. Muneer Fareed, and Dr. Abdul Hakim Jackson) have been ALIM instructors since its inception in 1998. They are heavily involved in the development of the curriculum for the Summer, al-Lisan, and Winter programs. They are also members of ALIM's board of directors, overseeing and directing the path that ALIM has taken. Alhumdulillah, ALIM is very blessed to have such dedicated scholars be an integral part of who we are.

To help bring a healthy diversity of thought and practice to our programs, ALIM has brought many guest faculty. ALIM guest faculty are those scholars who have contributed to the ALIM Summer or Winter program in an academic capacity. ALIM is thankful for their continued support of the organization and its programs.

Brief biographies of all of the scholars are available on the panel to the left. Unfortunately they do not do justice to their life long commitment to the pursuit of knowledge and it's dissemination. May Allah swt reward them all for their time and effort they give to us all, and grant them Junnat al-Firdous. Ameen!
